Residential Care

Residential Care

Registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our residential care service is our most intensive service level providing for service users with complex and enduring mental health needs. This type of service may be the first placement following hospital discharge, usually because the service user has a level of need that cannot be met with standard levels of staffing at a lesser supported service.

This service is for individuals who may need a high level of monitoring and/or intervention and support to keep them and others safe, maintain their mental health and regain independent living skills.

The service has staff working on site 24/7, with a minimum of two staff on duty at all times, including sleep-in and/or waking cover overnight.

Meals at this service are provided for, by a cook.

Shared Housing

Shared Housing

This service provides a group living experience in a house where the kitchen, living room and other domestic facilities are shared.

An intermediate step between residential care and supported housing, our shared housing service can be used either as an alternative for service users who are not quite ready for a placement at a self-contained supported housing unit and/or as a means for reducing the time service users may need to be in a residential care service.

Service users in shared housing are provided a tenancy agreement and are responsible for paying rent and utilities.

The level of support is targeted towards individuals who may need an enhanced level of intervention to maintain their mental health and regain independent living skills.

The service has staff on site 24/7, with sleep-in cover overnight.

Supported Housing

Supported Housing

This service provides users with their own self-contained one bed studios/ flats, usually within a property housing a number of such units and include staff and communal facilities.

Service users in supported housing have a tenancy agreement and are responsible for paying rent and utilities.

Staff are on site 24/7, with sleep-in cover overnight.

The level of support is targeted towards individuals who may need a high level of intervention to maintain their mental health and continue developing independent living skills.

Floating Support

Floating Support

Our floating support service, which includes accommodation, provides users with their own tenancy for a self-contained unit/ property.

The level of support (high > medium > low) is targeted towards individuals who are able to live independently and may need some support to maintain their mental health and independence.

The support provided is by way of an individual programme of visits/appointments from experienced staff.

Community Outreach

Community Outreach

This represents the final stage of our step-down service offer.

The outreach visits provided as part of this service can be used to support users in their own home, to maintain their tenancy and independence either to rehabilitate and reintegrate them back into independent living, or as an early intervention and prevention service to maintain them at home.
